摘    要:车用柴油机的性能取决于匹配的提前器能否保证燃烧始点发生在上止点前的最佳位置 根据车用柴油机P型双偏心提前器的工作原理 ,编制了提前器设计软件 ,并利用该软件对P型双偏心提前器的运动进行了模拟 ,计算了各项性能参数 ,分析了提前器结构参数、弹簧力与提前角间的变化关系及提前器工作过程中易出现的机构卡死现象 ,为提前器的优化设计提供了理论根据

Abstract:The performance of vehicle diesel engines lies in whether the suited advancer can guarantee that the beginning of burning point occurs at the optimal position before the top dead center. Based on the principle of P type double eccentric pieces advancer of vehicle diesel engines, the software for designing the advancer is written with which the motion of P type double eccentric pieces advancer is simulated. All performance parameters are calculated.The correlation of structure parameters of the advancer, and that of the spring force with the advanced angle are analyzed respectively,along with the machine choke phenomenon frequently occurring during the operation of the advancer,thus providing a theoretical basis for the optimum design of the advancer.
