摘    要:
综合考虑旋风分离器的除尘机理和效率影响因素,设计了由旋风分离器和多孔材料相结合的复合除尘器。选用了铁合金冶炼粉尘、煤灰烟尘、瓜尔胶粉、硅酸盐水泥粉这4种物料进行分离与再生实验研究,结果表明,10μm孔径的多孔材料做滤柱时分离效率高、压降相对较小、再生性能较好。

Abstract:
Considering both the dust-free mechanism and efficiency of cyclone separator,we design a compound dust collector which is composed of cyclone and porous material.Four selected products such as ferroalloy smelting dust,soot ash,guar powder and cement powder are used to the separation and regeneration experiments.The results show that separation efficiency can be upgraded when 10 μm porous material is applied as filter columns,and good properties of separation and regeneration are obtained.
