超声波提取紫花地丁总黄酮及含量测定

摘    要:本文采用超声波辅助提取法提取紫花地丁中总黄酮,以芦丁为对照品,利用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠体系分光光度法,在波长为(508nm)处,测定样品中总黄酮的含量.紫花地丁中总黄酮的平均含量为26.55mg/g,回收率范围为108%~109%.且超声波辅助提取法可以加快提取速度,提高提取效率.

Abstract:Using a method of ultrasonic wave extraction for extraction of total flavones in Viola philippica Cav. Using Dutin as a standard goods, the content of total flavonoids were determined by spectrophotometry, the detection wavelength was at 508nm and the system of NaNO2, Al (NO2)3, NaOH and(NH4)2Fe(SO4)2, H2O2, Phen. The total flavonoids content is 26.55mg/g and the recovery rate is 108 % -- 109 %. Ultrasonic wave can speed up the velocity of reaction and extract efficiency.
