番木瓜花药离体培养中雄核发育的细胞学观察

摘    要:本文论述了番木瓜花药离体培养中的细胞学观察结果.实验表明:1)外源激素对番木瓜花粉胚的形成是完全必要的,但雄核发育的启动和多细胞花粉的形成并不要求培养基中必须有激素存在;2)番木瓜的雄核发育同时存在A-V途径和B途径,其中以A-V途径为主(占85%左右);3)番木瓜的花粉存在二型性,其小花粉的雄核发育以B途径为主.

Abstract:This paper deals with the cytological observation of Carica papaya L. under anther culture in vitro. The experimental results are as follows:1 .The exogenous hormones are essential to the formation of pollen embryoid of Carica papaya L. However, it is not essential to both the triggering of androgenesis and the formation of multicellular pollen.2. There are 2 androgenic pathways, i. e. pathway A V and pathway B in Carica papaya L., and the pathway A V amounts to 85%.3. There is pollen dimorphism in Carica papaya L.. And the androgenic pathway of small pollen is mainly pathway B.
