数字化城市管理模型探析——以深圳市为例

以深圳市为例,提出新一代数字化城市管理模型应在原来的模型中加入电话、城建、电力、自来水、煤气、交通、国土、公安、金融、电视等子系统,变"管理"为"服务",以人为本,加强与市民的互动和沟通,从而更有利于数字化城市管理模型的推广.

A Case Study of Digital City Management Model

Presented a case study of Shenzhen as a new-generation of Digital City Management Model.Before the realization of the integrated digital city management model,various and separate vertical information systems co-existed but there was no access between each other and vertical information system isolation remained.The new digital city management model of Shenzhen adds to the model new sub-systems such as those of urban planning,finance,communication,public security,waterworks,gasworks,electrical network,trade and commerce,making the model a efficient and cost-effective one with stronger interactive function between government and citizens.The improvement will boost the popularization of more and better digital urban management system.
