| 摘 要： | 首先对国内外有关电子政务绩效评估的主流研究成果进行了总结；相对于国外的研究成果，指出了中国在电子政务绩效评估研究中的薄弱之处，为中国的电子政务绩效评估工作的进一步完善提供参考；最后给出了对电子政务绩效进行科学、合理和客观评估的几点建议。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a survey of performance measurement of E-government in foreign (countries) and China at first. In order to provide a reference to improve the performance measurement we then point out some weakness of studies (in China) in contrast with foreign ones. Finally, we propose several suggestions on fast development of performance (measurement) of E-government in China. |
