| 摘 要： | 目的分析年轻妇女宫颈癌的临床表现、临床病例组织学特征、诊断和治疗.方法回顾分析本院50例年轻宫颈癌患者的临床资料.结果年轻妇女宫颈癌的临床表现主要为接触性阴道出血.患者的5年生存率原位癌为100%。Ⅰa期85.7%.Ⅰb期77.8%,Ⅱa期63.6%,Ⅱb期62.5%,Ⅲa期、Ⅲb期均为0,鳞癌为79.1%,腺癌和腺鳞癌28.8%.手术后随访患者中无一例卵巢转移,且卵巢功能无明显影响.结论接触性出血为年轻妇女宫颈癌的危险信号,必须高度重视,以免延误诊断和治疗,对年轻早期宫颈癌患者治疗时须注意保留卵巢功能或生育功能.
