摘    要:针对大坡度长距离斜井整体运送大采高支架问题,通过研究变频控制大功率绳牵引普通轨轨道运输系统,应用变频控制技术和遥控技术,同时用普通轨代替槽钢轨作卡轨的方法。经现场使用,该系统运行稳定,运输效率大大提高.为同类矿井条件下使用该辅助运输系统提供了经验,也为煤矿辅助运输系统的研究开创了一条新路子。

Abstract:In view of the problem in the long-distance and great-slope transportation of high supports in an inclined shaft,the ordinary track transportation system drawn with great-power rope controlled by frequency conversion is studied with the frequency conversion technology and remote control technology at the same time with the method ordinary track replacing channel iron used as blocking track..On-the-spot experiments show that the system runs smoothly and transportation efficiency is raised greatly,thus providing experience for the auxiliary transportation system under similar shaft conditions and finding a new way for the research on the auxiliary transportation system for the coal mine.
