| 摘 要： | 调查目前我国健身房私教的职业现状和存在问题,对我国健身私教人才需求、社会体育专业本科教育对私教职业化建设的影响、社会体育专业培养健身私教人才的办学条件3方面进行分析。研究表明,目前我国商业健身房对健身私人教练员需求量大,接受社会体育专业本科教育是成为合格健身私教的有效途径,说明通过社会体育专业培养健身私教人才是可行的。
