5-{4-[2-(甲基-2-吡啶氨基)-乙氧基]-亚苄基}-4-硫代-2,4-噻唑烷二酮的合成

摘    要:
以2-氯吡啶为原料,经过取代反应、威廉森反应、劳森反应和缩合反应合成了5-{4-[2-(甲基-2-吡啶氨基)-乙氧基]-亚苄基}-4-硫代-2,4-噻唑烷二酮,4步反应的收率分别为65.49%、63.68%、68.83%和85.48%.中间体和目标化合物经MS、IR和1H-NMR确证是预期的化合物.

Abstract:
The 5-{4-[2-(N-Methyl-N-(2-pyridinyl)amino)-ethoxy]-benzylidene}-4-thioxo-2,4-thi-azolidinone has been synthesized by substitution reaction,Williamson reaction,Lawesson′s reaction and condensation reaction,with 2-chloropyridine as starting material.The four-step reaction yield is 65.49%,63.68%,68.83% and 85.48% respectively.The intermediates and target compounds are expected compounds by MS,IR and 1H-NMR conclusive evidence.
