| 摘 要： | 采用内乳化法以聚酯多元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯（IPDI）和二羟甲基丙酸（DMPA）合成了水性聚氨酯乳液。研究了NCO／OH摩尔比对水性聚氨酯粒子尺寸、胶膜耐水性、乳液的电解质稳定性、胶膜的机械性能的影响。制备了稳定的水性聚氨酯乳液。

| Abstract: | A series of aqueous polyurethane dispersions were synthesized from the polyester polyol,isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) and dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA) by neutralization emulsification method.The effects of the molar ratio of NCO/OH groups on the chemical structure and the properties were discussed.The average particle size,the measurement of ratio of absorbing water were measured.Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) analysis showed the chemical structure of aqueous polyurethane. |
