真空熔烧Ni基合金涂层的力学性能研究

摘    要:为了得到Ni基合金涂层抗拉性能,对采用不同温度制备的真空熔烧Ni基合金涂层进行了抗弯性能试验。通过测量和计算,取得了Ni基合金涂层的抗弯强度及其随熔烧温度提高而变化的规律。由钢基体和Ni基合金涂层组成的弯曲试样实质上是复合材料。根据对Ni基合金涂层杨氏弹性模量的测定,按复合材料模型计算了抗弯强度。试验结果表明,真空熔烧Ni基合金涂层具有相当好的弯曲强度。

Abstract:In order to obtain Ni base alloy coating tension resistance, some bending resistance behavior tests were conducted for the vacuum fusion Ni base alloy coatings manufactured with the different fusion temperature. Through measuring and calculating, the bending strength of the coatings and the regularity of the bending strength change with the fusion temperature were obtained. The coating bending specimen made of the steel substrate and Ni base alloy coating was a composite material essentially. Combined with the measuring of the module of elasticity of the coating, the bending strength was also calculated for the bending specimens applying the composite model. The test results show that the Ni base alloy coating possesses good bending strength.
