| Abstract: | Quality-orientated education, the trend of international education nowadays, is the new function of high education as well as the heart of education. This paper gives fundamental explanations and suggestions about the quality and quality-orientated education, the relationship and problems between quality and competence and the specific approach to competence cultivation, expecting to benefit the thinking on present education reform. |
