| 摘 要： | RNAi具有特异性的抑制甚至关闭相关序列基因表达的特点，现已应用于哺乳动物重大传染病治疗、肿瘤治疗、基因功能研究和新基因的发现等领域．本文主要对RNAi在哺乳动物抗病防御中的作用机制、重大疾病的探索、研究新进展及其应用前景等方面作一较为全面的综述．

| Abstract: | RNAi inhibit or even shut down with a specific sequence of gene expression related to the characteristics of mammals have been used in the treatment of major infectious diseases,cancer therapy,gene function research and discovery of new genes and other fields.In this paper,resistant to the RNAi in mammalian defense on the mechanisms of major diseases,to explore and study new advances and application prospects,etc.to make a more comprehensive overview. |
