| 摘 要： | 光开关是光通信网络的重要功能器件，基于MOEMS技术的光开关是最具发展前景的光开关之一．本文在简介不同种类光开关原理特点的基础上，详细分析了MOEMS光开关的设计、性能指标、结构、分类等，并给出了这一领域最新的研究与进展状况．

This paper introduces of different types of the optical switch features and principle, and analyses in detail the design, performance, struc- ture, classification of the optical switch, and gives the areas of research and development. |
