| Abstract: | This paper analyses the problems existed in the practice of the equipmentrental of the coal enterprises.It points out that the market mechanism must be introduced into the equipment rental,and it also emphasizes that the workers training must be sped upto raise their quality.By competition,the equipment rental can be promoted and standardized. |
