板材拉深稳定性理论及其应用

摘    要:介绍了作者近年来在板材拉深稳定性理论及应用方面的研究成果.给出了拉深时变形区板壳的临界皱曲载荷以及厚向异性板材在拉深危险截面处的失稳载荷通解;将其应用于成形工艺分析,实现了无压边柱形凹模拉深和锥形凹模拉深以及有压边多次拉深成形极限预测与最小防皱压边力预测.理论预测与试验结果和生产经验数据吻合良好.

Abstract:The paper presents the author's recent research findings regarding deep-drawing stability of sheet metal and its application.The critical wrinkling loads of sheet and shell are given,which are in the deformed region of deep-rawing.And the general solution to tensile instability load at the dangerous section of a drawn cup is also given.The theory of deep-rawing stability is applied to analyzing the forming process.It is realized to predict the forming limits of deep-drawing without blankholder force through a cylindrical and a conical die,the forming limits of multiple deep-rawing with blankholder force,and the minimum blankholder force to prevent wrinkling.The theoretical predictions are in good agreement with both experimental results and experiential data in actual production.
