报废轴承套圈特种加工修复技术研究

摘    要:本文利用复合沉积与热扩散处理及磨蚀相结合,对内径超差轴承套圈的内表面进行修复,制定了合理的工艺路线,改进了复合沉积配方,修复精度为微米级,修复后的轴承套圈表面颜色无变化,尺寸及各项性能指标均符合GB307-84标准要求.

Abstract:in this paper,the author intraduces his research on the special restoring of hte innersurface flaw of bearing-rings with the method of combination of compound deposition, thermo-diffusion trcatment and abrarion. After restoring,the colorur of its inner-surface remains as it was, size and other properties reaches GB307-84. He also describes the technigue and composition of this speeial-restoring.
