| 摘 要： | 研究了不同浓度梯度的MS培养基对番茄幼苗生长的生物学效应．试验结果表明：不同成分的MS培养基及不同pH值对番茄幼苗的日生长量、叶片数、茎粗、株高、叶绿素（a＋b）的含量都有不同程度的影响．

| Abstract: | This paper focused on the biological effects of tomato seedling growth onMS media containing different concentration. The results suggested that the defferent effects on every day growth rate,blade on numbers,the thickness and height of stem andthe content of chlorophyls from tomato seedlings on MS media containing different composition and different PH. |
