摘    要:碱性条件对苜蓿愈伤组织苯丙氨酸解氨麦(PAL),过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力影响的研究结果表明,随着pH值的升高,PAL和SOD活性均下降,pH值小于9.0,CAT活性随pH值升高而升高,pH值大于9.0,则随pH值的升高而下降。

Abstract:This paper concerns with the studies on activities of phenylalamine ammonia lyase (PAL),catalas(CAT) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in callus of Modicago sativa under alkaline condition. The results showded that activities of PAL and SOD in callus of Modicago sativadecreased gradually along with the increasing of pH value. The same phenomenon was observed with PAL and SOD when PH values more than 9.0, but CAT activity increased along with the increasing of pH value as pH value were less than 9.0.
