辽宁老工业基地信息产业与先进制造业关联度分析

摘    要:当前辽宁老工业基地处于新型工业化建设的关键时期,信息产业与先进制造业的融合互动对于制造业的发展甚至对于辽宁老工业基地的转型升级具有重大的导向作用和推动作用,因此,研究信息产业与先进制造业之间的关联性具有重要的现实意义。本文为了克服属性权重难以客观确定的问题以及灰色关联分析的权重系数均一化计算问题,构建了超效率DEA—灰色关联模型。用这一模型对辽宁省进行实证分析,并与经典灰色关联模型的分析结果进行比较,结果证明超效率DEA—灰色关联模型有效。1]最后,针对辽宁省提升先进制造业的信息化水平,促进信息产业与先进制造业的关联互动发展提出相应的建议。

Abstract:The interaction of information industry and advanced manufacturing industry play a critical role in guiding and promoting function,especially to Liaoning province.Therefore,research on the relationship between information industry and advanced manufacturing industry has strong realistic significance.In this paper ,super-efficiency DEA model is applied for the improvement of grey relational model,and thus to establish the super-efficiency DEA-grey relational model,while overcoming the problem that property weights are hard to be objectively determined and improving the defect of weight co-efficiencies are homogenized for calculation in grey relational analysis.Liaoning province is cited as the example for empirical analysis,with relational analysis and comparison of information industry and advanced manufacturing industry implemented by the use of this model and classical grey relational model,which comes out to imply the validation of the established model.At last,relevant policy proposals on how to reasonably allocate resources to promote the informational extent and competitive advantages of Liaoning advanced manufacturing industry.
