| 摘 要： | 由西方大国主导成立的国际联盟,因其自身机制缺陷、列强的强力操纵及其在打造国际集体安全方面的失败而短命告终。但另一方面也应看到,国联在国际组织创新、维护世界和平、推动各国经济合作、促进各国教科文卫合作与国际人权保护等众多领域表现出了一定的历史进步性。

| Abstract: | League of Nations,which was established by Western Great Powers,didn't exist for a long time,because of the defects of its regime,manipulation by great powers,and its failure in international collective security.On the other hand,it is not surprising to note that League of Nations was of historic progressiveness in many fields,such as innovation of international organizations,preserving world peace,promotion of economic cooperation,acceleration of cooperation in education,science,culture,health,and international protection of human rights. |
