| 摘 要： | 西部传统资源型城市的发展既受益于丰富的资源,也带来了一些负面的生态、环境影响。文章着眼于经济利益与环境伦理的反思,探究市场经济条件下单纯依靠资源发展的城市向资源节约型、环境友好型城市转化的道路,从而促进人口-资源-环境的协调发展。

| Abstract: | The western resource-based cities benefit from their rich resources.Also,it brings some negative effects of ecology and environment.Basing on the reflection of economic interests & environmental ethics,this article tries to explore the way of transition from resource-dependent city to resource-conserving & environmentally-friendly city in the market-oriented economy.Meanwhile,it makes an attempt to realize harmonious development of population,resources and environment. |
