摘    要:目的研究常用于文物保护的几种有机聚合物涂料对紫外光的稳定性及其降解机理。方法将有机聚合物涂料放在310nm的紫外灯下老化后,采用漫反射光谱法和傅立叶红外光谱技术,用分光光度计和红外光谱仪对其降解行为进行检测。结果在所研究的有机聚合物中,丙烯酸类涂料中的B72和Primal AC33对光的稳定性好,不易发生降解;聚氨酯对光的稳定性差,尤其是芳香族聚氨酯易发生降解反应,其降解后生成生色团为醌亚胺结构,产生老化变色现象。结论对用于文物保护的丙烯酸类涂料和聚氨酯类涂料,丙烯酸类的涂料性能更优异。

Abstract:Aim To study the mechanism of the degradation and stabilization about several poly(organic-coatings) been studied by diffusing reflectance spectroscopy and FTIR spectroscopy.Methods Under UV-irradiation at 310 nm,the degradation of poly(organic-coatings) has been monitored by a reflectance spectrophotometer and a FTIR spectrometer.Results B72 and Primal AC 33 were found to be more stable towards UV-irradiation than the polyurethanes,especially than TDI-based polyurethane.TDI-based polyurethane has degraded to a quinone-imine under UV-irradiation,which leads to the phenomena of etiolation.Conclusion Acrylic acid coatings are more suitable than polyurethanes used as relic conservation materials.
