摘    要:对国内外精轧螺纹钢筋的组织与性能进行了对比分析与实验研究 ,结果表明 ,与国内余热处理钢筋相比 ,国外精轧螺纹钢筋的强度、塑性高 ,硬化层深 ,晶粒显著细小·通过调整合金成分 ,添加微合金元素 ,改进热处理工艺 ,使鞍钢精轧螺纹钢筋的晶粒显著细化 ,其强度、塑性大幅度提高 ,σ0 2 /σb 达到了 1 0 80MPa/1 2 3 0MPa级国际同类产品的先进水平·新工艺处理钢筋的强化机制为细晶强化与析出强化

Abstract:The microstructure and mechanical properties of oversea and domestic high strength finishing rolling rebar were studied. The results show that overall properties of oversea finishing rolling rebar are better than those of the domestic ones produced by the tempercore process. The oversea finishing rolling rebar show high strength, good toughness, fine grains and deep hardened layer. Through modification of alloy composition, including additiong microalloying elements and a new heat treatment, the overall properties of finishing rolling rebar produced by Anshan Iron and Steel Company were remarkably improved, and have reached or exceeded the highest level of those of the oversea products. The remarkably improved properties were suggested coming from the grain refining and precipitation strengthening.
