论中职教育文化基础课的改革新取向

当前,在中等职业教育中普遍存在忽视文化基础课的现状,从管理体制到课程设置,从师生观念到教学行为,往往只注重专业课而轻文化基础课,致使文化基础课的教学受到了严重的影响,文化基础课的教师往往处于十分尴尬的境地,无从实施教学。本文简要概括了中等职业教育中的文化基础课的现状,指出学生整体素质的滑坡、就业压力导致教育理念失衡、决策者缺乏大教育观念是其形成原因,并分析了忽视文化基础课造成的危害,最后提出了中职教育文化基础课课程改革的建议:树立人文教育意识,充分认识其在职业教育中的地位和重要性;正确定位文化基础课,处理好专业课与文化基础课之间的关系;多渠道加强文化基础课学科建设。
