| 摘 要： | 动态缸是流量伺服阀动态性能测试中的主要传感器.由于目前没有对其动态特性进行标定和校准的专门设备和方法,因此依据动态缸的结构参数对其动态性能进行理论分析即成为一种有效的方法.本文采用理论分析及性能仿真的方法对动态缸的性能进行研究,以验证动态缸作为动态传感器的有效性.

| Abstract: | The dynamic cylinder is the key sensor to measure the dynamic characteristics of the flow-rate control servo-valve.Due to the unavailability of the special equipment and a method for the calibration of the dynamic cylinder,it is of great need to make a theoretical analysis of dynamic performance on the dynamic cylinder based on its structural parameters.Here the study is performed through the theoretical analysis and performance simulation to verify the dynamic cylinder as a dynamic transducer. |
