窄带钢轧机之辊系改造

西昌新钢业公司窄带钢生产线设计产量20万吨/年,投产后近十年实际最高产量最多时小于15万吨/年,经过笔者主持持续改造的二年后,实际产量不断增加,最高达67万吨/年,成材率和产品质量也大幅提高。本文主要介绍了窄带钢生产线改造的一个重要关健部分-窄带钢轧机之辊系改造,目前此项关健技术已扩散运用到许多轧钢厂家,并为生产大型轧钢设备的重型机械设计生产单位作为重要技术和规范。

The Roll System Transformation of the Narrow Strip Mill

In Xichang New Steel Enterprise Co., LTD, in the production line of the narrow strip mill, the planed output was 200 thousand ton per year. However, after putting it into production in recent decade, the highest output was less than 150 thousand ton per year. After the two years transformation managed by the author, the real production increased constantly, and the highest output reached 670 thousand ton per year, the yield and the quality improved significantly. In this article, it mainly introduced the key part of the transformation of narrow strip mill production line---the roll system transformation of the narrow strip mill. At present, this technology has spread into many other factories, and it is regarded as the important technology and standard in the heavy machinery designing of the large strip mill production.
