钛合金激光/氩弧斜焊缝疲劳性能对比研究

摘    要:针对TC4钛合金激光、氩弧斜角度焊接疲劳性能展幵对比试验研究。对两种斜焊缝试样的疲劳寿命和疲劳断口进行了対比计算与分析。结果表明:氩弧斜焊试件的疲劳寿命相比激光斜焊的分散性小,激光斜焊试件的中值疲劳寿命是氩弧斜焊的1.96倍;激光焊缝比氩弧焊总体面积小,激光斜焊疲劳裂纹起始于热影响区表面,氩弧斜焊疲劳源位于试件内部气孔缺陷处。裂纹扩展初期两种焊缝均有脆性解理特征矿展后期和瞬断区激光斜焊比氩弧斜焊表现出更好的韧性。

Abstract:Experiments on oblique angel weld of both laser weld and TIG weld with the purpose of comparing the fatigue properties of TC4 Titanium alloy were carried out. Comparing the fatigue life and fracture for two different welding types. The results showed that decentrality of TIG weld is smaller than laser weld. The fatigue life of laser weld was 1.96 times of the TIG weld. Laser weld overall area is small than TIG weld. The fatigue crack sources of laser weld initiated at the specimens surface in HAZ of straight and oblique welds. The fatigue crack sources of TIG weld initiated at the cavity defects of the specimens. The crack grows initial stage showing brittle cleavage for both two welding types. The laser weld had a better toughness feature compared to the TIG weld in the crack grows latter stage and final fracture zone.
