基于正交试验的再生混凝土配合比优化研究

摘    要:采用正交试验设计再生混凝土的配合比,当水胶比(W/B )0.45,再生骨料(RA )取代量30%,聚羧酸盐高效减水剂(PC)掺量2.5%,粉煤灰(FA)掺量20%时,组成再生混凝土的最优配合比。选用最优配合比,改变再生骨料的原始混凝土强度,表现出原始混凝土强度高,配制的再生混凝土强度也高的结果。当原始混凝土强度达到C50,基本上可以配制出与天然骨料一样的混凝土强度。

The Optimization Study on Mix Proportion of Recycled Concrete Based on Orthogonal Test
Abstract:The mix proportion of recycled concrete is designed by orthogonal test .When the water cement ratio is 0 .45 ,recycled aggregate replacement amount is 30% ,the content of Poly carboxylic acid super‐plasticizer is 2 .5% ,and fly ash content is 20% ,they form the optimal mix proportion of recycled con‐crete .If the optimal mixture ratio is chosen ,and the original concrete strength of recycled aggregate is changed ,it shows that the recycled concrete strength is also high when the original concrete strength is high .If the original concrete strength reached C50 ,it can be almost used to prepare with the natural ag‐gregate concrete strength .
