摘 要: | 茶多酚是茶叶中酚类及其衍生物的总称,具有多种生物学功效,如抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗辐射等,对人体具有独特的医疗保健作用.目前,茶多酚在食品、保健、医药、化工等领域得到了越来越广泛的应用.它作为活性成分,成为食品、医药保健品和美容化妆品中的天然添加剂,具有广阔的发展前景.

Abstract: | Tea polyphenols (TP) include a series of phenols and their derivatives which come from tea, and it has various biological functions, such as anti-oxide, anti-tumor, anti-radiation, so it does particularly healthy and therapeutic functions on people. Presently, TP has gained more and more applications in the areas of food industry, health care, medication, and chemical industry and so on. Being the functional composition, TP can use as natural additives in food, curatorial and sanitarian products and cosmetology cosmetics. Therefore, the prospect of TP is dramatically promising. |
