| 摘 要： | 乒乓球是高校体育选项课中的主干课程,通过对福建省高校乒乓球教学现状进行分析,找出影响乒乓球课教学质量的主要因素,探讨提高乒乓球选项课教学效果的策略,让学生学会乒乓球基本技能和基本理论,养成把乒乓球运动作为终身进行体育锻炼的习惯和意识,让学生认识到乒乓球运动的锻炼价值,让乒乓球运动带给他们无穷的乐趣.

| Abstract: | Table tennis is the main curriculum for colleges PE optional courses,this paper studies the university of Fujian table tennis teaching situation,and finds the main problems of table tennis course in university of Fujian,the following text explores the strategy of teaching results of improving table tennis optional course,so that students can learn basic table tennis skills and basic theory,and develop table tennis as a lifelong habit of physical training and awareness to enable students to realize that table tennis has great value of training,besides,it can bring them lots of fun. |
