摘    要:强脉冲光(IPL)光子嫩肤技术是基于选择性光热解效应研发出来的非消融性嫩肤技术,目前在实际的应用治疗过程中,各参数的选择性效应仍不清楚,临床医师仅凭经验进行治疗.本文以SD大鼠为动物模型,考察了不同参数IPL作用下大鼠真皮层的热损伤厚度,初步分析了强脉冲光的波长、脉冲数及脉宽参数的选择性热效应.

Abstract:Intense Pulsed Light (1PL) treatments, known as "nonablative photorejuvenation", are based on selective photothermolysis principle. IPL source emits polychromatic light and has relatively long pnlses. As our knowledge, the selective effect of every single parameter during IPL treatment is still unclear. In this paper, we assessed thermal damage depths of Sprague-Dawley rat skin irradiated by IPL with different parameters, including wavelength, number of pulses and pulse duration. Then primarily analysed the photothermal effect.
