摘    要:基于在pH=3.50的邻苯二甲酸氢钾-HCl缓冲溶液中罗丹明6G(Rhod.6G)可发射强而稳定的荧光,NaIO4能氧化Rhod.6G使荧光信号猝灭,硫酸特布他林(Terbutaline Sulfate,TBS)能抑制NaIO4的氧化反应使Rhod.6G的荧光信号增强,且TBS的含量与△F值呈线性关系,据此建立了NaIO4氧化罗丹明6G荧光法测定痕量TBS的新方法.该法的线性范围为0.026-5.2(ngmL^-1),线性回归方程为△F=3.515+24.95C1TBS(ngmL^-1),n=6,相关系数r=0.9991,检出限为5.8×10^-12gmL^-1,灵敏度高.本方法已成功用于实际样品中TBS1121含量的测定.同时探讨了抑制荧光法测定痕量TBS的反应机理.

Abstract:In KHC8H4O4-HCl buffer solution(pH=3.50),Rhod.6G can emit strong and stable fluorescence,and NaIO4 can oxidize Rhod.6G which makes the fluorescence signal quench.TBS can inhibit NaIO4 from oxidizing Rhod.6G which makes the fluorescence signal enhance sharply.The content of TBS is linear to-1If of the system.Thus,a new fluorescence method for the determination of trace TBS has been established.The linear range of this method is 0.026-5.2(ng ml-1),and the regression equation of working curve is ΔIf =3.515 + 24.95C TBS (ng ml-I), n = 6, correlation coefficient is 0.9991. The detection limit (L.D.) of 5.8 ×10^-12 g ml^-1, indicating high sensitivity. This method has been applied to the determination of trace TBS in the practical samples with satisfactory results. The reaction mechanism of this method is also discussed.
