| 摘 要： | 通过对全自动洗衣机脱水桶底座的成型工艺分析、试验研究．提出了提高其精度的措施，使该塑料件的失圆度从改善前基准尺寸的0．5％下降到0．2％，且大批量生产时基本尺寸稳定在0．6mm的公差范围内．

| Abstract: | Some measures that can improve precision was put forward in this paper after the analysis,test and research of precision injection moulding technology for spin drier cask pedestal of full automatic washing machine. The result is that the lose of roundness was declined from 0.5% to 0.2%.The basic dimension can be controled in the tolerance of 0.6mm in mass production. |
