高校图书馆微信应用现状及对策研究

自2011年以来,微信作为一种新型的信息交流平台被普遍应用于人们的日常生活中,大众对微信这一新兴平台的广泛接受与认可使得微信成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的一部分。微信平台以其强大的影响力侵染着各行各业。许多高校图书馆也应用了微信平台创建了该校的图书馆微信公众号,其目的在于加强图书馆信息服务功能,为读者提供更好的服务。文章阐述了高校图书馆利用微信平台开展的信息服务及图书馆微信平台的发展现状和存在的问题,同时针对其存在的问题提出了一些今后高校图书馆微信平台的发展对策。

Study on WeChat Application Status in University Library and it's Countermeasures

Since 2011,WeChat as a new information exchange platform is widely used in people's daily life. The emerging WeChat platform is generally accepted and recognized so that it becomes an integral part of people's life. WeChat platform influences all walks of life with its powerful influence. Many university libraries also use it to streng then information service functions of library and provide better service for readers by creating an official ac?count of the library by WeChat platform. This paper expounds information service which university use WeChat to carry out and the status and existing problems of library WeChat platform,and meanwhile puts forward some future countermeasures for university library WeChat platform to solve these existing problems.
