喷流塔传质区高度和压降计算

摘    要:通过理论分析及实验研究,得出了喷流塔传质区高度和压降计算式,计算值与实测值非常接近,偏差分别不大于6.3%和6.7%,为喷流塔设计和放大提供了可靠依据。

Abstract:Through the theoretical analysis and experimental,a formula was found for the calculation of the height of mass transfer section and the resistance loss of SF(spraying fluidized)column. The calculated value and the measured ones were very close , whose difference is less than 6.3% and 6.7% respectively. A reliable reference for the design and scale-up of spray fluidized column was thereby provided.
