摘    要:切削主轴是船用热交换器铜管切割机关键部件,其力学特性直接影响使用性能.在设计过程中,通过在PRO/E中建模导入ANSYSl4.5完成有限元分析,通过对主轴静态强度、动态刚度、抗振性能以及临界转速分析,为切削主轴设计提供理论.对主轴结构设计实例的有限元分析表明,该设计符合工程要求.

Abstract:Cutting spindle is one of the key components of heat exchanger tube cutting machine for ship, and its mechanical characteristics directly affect the operating performance. In the design process, model- ing in PRO/E and the finite element analysis by ANSYS 14.5 were condueted and static strength, dy- namical stiffness,anti-vibration performance and critical speed were analysed to provide a theoretical ba- sis for the design of cutting spindle. The testing results show.the design of principal axis meets the re- quirements of the cutting machine.
