| 摘 要： | 从身份到契约的转变是人类社会文明史上的巨大进步和发展，它可以看作是由传统社会向现代社会转变的重要标志。这一转变的意义对社会经济生活、政治生活和思想文化观念都产生了极其深刻的影响，本文试以身份到契约这一转变为线索，来分析比较和研究这一转变的重要表现及其对当代中国社会产生的深远影响。
