摘    要:提出了一种从非归零(NRZ)码信号提取四倍频时钟的全光技术方案,并进行了实验验证.由于NRZ信号中没有时钟分量,因此首先利用半导体光放大器(SOA)中的非线性效应配合带通滤波器产生伪归零(PRZ)码信号,并通过光纤中的自相位调制产生高阶时钟分量,最后注入F-P滤波器得到四倍频的光时钟信号.实验演示中,从一路10Gb/s...

Abstract:A scheme of a NRZ all-optical multiplication clock extraction was proposed and experimentally verified.As a result of the absence of the clock component in the NRZ modulation spectrum,firstly the non-linear effects in a semiconductor optical amplifier(SOA) combined with bandpass filter were used to produce pseudo-RZ(PRZ) signal,and self-phase modulation in optical fiber were utilized to generate higher order clock components.Finally,the signal was injected into a Fabry-Perot filter to recover the optical clock signal with multiplication factor of four.In the experimental demonstration,a 40GHz optical clock signal was generated from a 10Gb / s NRZ data stream.Both waveform and spectrum show the signal with good quality.In addition,the effect of clock signal shaping by using a SOA was also verified experimentally.
