职业院校青年教师成长研究——提高课堂驾驭能力新模式

摘    要:教师的成长尤其是青年教师的成长,已经成为近几年来职业教育研究的热点.从职业院校教师成长研究现状出发,分析职业院校教师成长终身性、复杂性及紧迫性,阐述课堂驾驭能力的提高对青年教师成长的意义,并提出提高青年教师课堂驾驭能力的新模式.

Abstract:The growth of teachers, especially young teachers, has become a hot spot in the research of vocational education in recent years. From the present situation of the research of teachers' growth in vocational colleges, the characteristics of lifelong, complexity and urgency in teachers' growth are analyzed. The meaning of improving the ability to control the classroom for the growth of young teachers is explained and a new mode to improve the classroom control ability of young teachers is put forward.
