摘    要:当前世界经济社会发展迅速,高职教育的重要性日益凸显,但目前高职教育的发展现状还不能满足我国经济社会发展的需要.由于高职教育管理的关键在于人的主观能动性的调动,而“梦”有提升力、“争”有推动力、“改”有牵引力、“干”是源动力,所以要通过着眼“四力”来调动教职员工们的主观能动性,既充分整合现有资源又促使资源效益最大化,从而实现我国高职教育的跨越式发展.

Abstract:With the rapid development of the economic and social trends of current world, the importance of higher vocational educa- tion has become more and more obvious. However, the current development situation of China's higher vocational education can not meet the needs of China's economic and social development. Since the key to the management of higher vocational education is to mobilize the subjective initiative of people, and "dream" has lifting force, "competition" has driving force, "change" has traction force, and "doing" is the source motive force, so that we can focus on the "four forces" to mobilize the subjective initiative of teaching staff. The existing resources should be fully integrated and the benefits of the resources should be maximized so as to achieve leaping development of higher vocational education.
