摘    要:通过分析高职院校教育教学改革的进程,针对目前所采用教学模式的不足,将CDIO工程教育理念引入人才培养,以技能型创新人才培养为目标,设计基于CDIO的培养模式,给出培养流程,从课程体系、实践教学、师资队伍、学生素养、标准与教学的融合五个方面,提出实现CDIO人才培养的路径,以提高高职院校的人才培养质量.

Abstract:Through the analysis of the process of education and teaching reform in higher vocational colleges, and according to the shortage of current teaching model; the CDIO engineering education concepts are introduced into talents training. Taking training skilled innovative talents as the goal, designing the training mode based on CDIO, and giving training process, path to achieve CDIO talents training are proposed from five aspects of the curriculum system, practice teaching, teaching staff, students' quality, integration of standards and teaching, so as to improve the quality of talents training in higher vocational colleges.
