空间凸轮廓面非等价加工的基本原理

摘    要:基于空间凸轮廓面是复杂的空间不可展曲面,其非等价加工比较困难之现状,系统总结了三种非等价加工方式的基本原理及其优缺点。仿自由曲面加工方法属点位加工,易于实现,但加工效率很低,加工误差较在。刀位补偿方式虽不可避免地存在理论加工误差,可选刀具有限,但加工效率高,因而应用较广。两重包络加工方式构思新颖,可准确重构凸轮廓面,可选刀具范围广,但加工效率不高。这三种加工方式优势互补,为快速响应市场需要提供了有力的技术支持。

Abstract:In light of the machining difficulty of spatial cam surfaces,complicated undeveloped surfaces,the three types of non equivalent machining are introduced and summarized with their basic principles.The sculptured surface machining method is easy to apply but its efficiency is quite low and machining error is a bit large.The tool compensating method is very efficient and widely used although the theoretic machining error is inevitable and limited tools are available.And the double envelope machining method is able to construct cam surfaces without theoretic error and the size of tools is almost unlimited.Unfortunately its efficiency is not high.These three machining methods may collaborate to support rapid response to market powerfully.
