聚合氯化铝(PAC)用于中性施胶的研究

摘    要:研究了PAC在阴离子分散松香胶 (ADR)中性施胶系统中的作用 ,探讨了淀粉、CPAM等助剂对中性施胶效果的影响 ,比较了硫酸铝与PAC进行中性施胶时的差异。实验结果表明 :对于ADR、PAC、淀粉、CPAM都得到了较好施胶效果的加入量 ;而填料的加入则使施胶度下降 ;pH =7 0时 ,硫酸铝—ADR施胶系统的施胶度已很小 ,而PAC—ADR系统仍保持较高的施胶度

Abstract:The function of PAC in neutral sizing of anion dispersion rosin size(ADR)was studied,effects of starch,CPAM and other additives on neutral sizing rdsult were investigated as well as the difference between aluminum sulphate and PAC.It is indicated that desired sizing rdsult can be obtained employing certain amount of ARD,PAC,Starch,CPAM;while introducing of fillers,decreased the sizing degree.When pH=7 0,sizing degree of aluminum sulphate ADR system is rather small,while that degree of PAC ADR system quite high.
