| Abstract: | The application of phase-transfer catalysts to the reaction of Reimer-Tiemarnn of synthesizing salicyladehyde is discussed in this paper.The result show that in optimum condition,the yield of salicylaldehyde can reached to 71 45%,and the formation of tar is avioded. |
