普通车床珩磨高精度套筒的新方法

摘    要:珩磨高精度套筒类零件一般使用珩磨机.没有珩磨机的机械加工厂珩磨中、小批量套筒,可以在普通车床上进行工艺改造.在此,介绍在普通车床珩磨套筒的新方法:工件由4爪卡盘和中心架装夹,由车床主轴带动旋转;珩磨头由万向联轴器连接在往复运动的部件上,通过3种工艺方案使其作往复运动.生产实践证明,可以保证加工零件的精度要求,切实可行.

Abstract:Honing of high precision sleeves is generally undertaken on the honing machines. In a factory without honing machines, the honing operation of medium or small batch of high-precision sleeves can be carried out through the technological reform in the engine lathe. Here we propose a new approach to honing the high-precision sleeves on engine lathe. With this method, the workpiece is clamped by the four-jaw independent chuck and steady rest, and driven to revolve by the headstock spindle; then the honing head is connected with universal coupling to the reciprocating parts. There are three technological schemes to reciprocate the honing head. The practical production shows that this method can ensure the precision of machined parts.
