高压容器筒体结构的最优化设计

摘    要:针对高压容器筒体结构尺寸的设计,应用最优化设计理论,建立了高压容器筒体结构尺寸的优化数学模型,采用Turbo C语言编制了优化设计程序,获得了确定高压容器筒体结构尺寸的便捷、可靠的优化设计方法.最后,把所建立的优化设计方法用于2台高压容器筒体的设计,设计结果显示,采用本文的设计方法,能使容器在满足操作工艺要求和机械强度的前提下,用材较少,成本较低.

Abstract:The mathematical model for the optimum design of the cylinder structure of high-pressure vessel is established,and its computer program is programmed using Turbo C.the established method is applied to the optimization design of two high-pressure vessels.The results show that the method can reduce the material and the cost of high-pressure vessels under meeting the requirements of operational process and mechanical strength.
