| 摘 要： | 射频矢量网络分析仪在对元器件进行传输、反射测量时,测量端口的负载匹配对测量结果影响很大。在射频矢量网络分析仪内部处理信号的过程中,信号源LO端口对测量的影响也是尤为重要,文中提供了一种较为传统的处理方法。
