| 摘 要： | 近年来新疆旅游业发展迅速。但同时，旅游产业部门的发展并不平衡。产业结构的不平衡影响旅游业的整体效益。甚至影响新疆旅游的可持续发展。本以全国国际旅游产业作为参照，运用偏离疆份额分析方法，对新疆国际旅游产业部门的结构进行定量分析，并在此基础上，结合新疆旅游业的实际情况分析各产业的优劣势。最后针对分析出的问题，提出调整和优化旅游产业结构的建议与措施。

| Abstract: | Xinjiang has developed its tourism rapidly recently. Meantime,there exists unbalances in the tourism industrial department,which influenced the development of tourism. This paper, taking the national tourism as a reference, uses Shift-share method to analyzes the structure of tourism for Xinjiang over seas foruists. |
